Terms of Service For Main Moments Photography

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure a session date, with the remaining balance due before or on the session day. Rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours in advance. Reschedules due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated at the photographer’s discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made by the client may result in forfeiture of the retainer fee if the client does not provide a notice greater than 48 hours from the scheduled session time. If Main Moments Photography must cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Session Conduct & Expectations
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. If the client fails to arrive at the agreed-upon session time, additional time will not be guaranteed to make up for the delay. The session will proceed as scheduled, and any lost time due to lateness will not be extended or refunded. Additional fees may apply for extended sessions or late arrivals.

The photographer reserves the right to end a session early due to disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Image Delivery & Usage
Edited images will be delivered within a specified timeframe via an online gallery or other agreed-upon method. Unedited (RAW) files will not be provided. Clients receive personal usage rights but may not alter, resell, or use images for commercial purposes without written consent.

Promotional Use
Main Moments Photography may use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

Liability & Indemnification
While all reasonable efforts are made to capture high-quality images, results may vary due to factors such as weather, lighting, and client cooperation. Main Moments Photography is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred before, during, or after the session.

Policy Updates
Main Moments Photography reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
